I felt this was worth an extra blog today, so I apologise to anyone who is already suffering from an overdose of me and is now being rushed into hospital to get an eye transplant. (Blame the designers, their fault for making so much great stuff!)

Nyte ‘N’ Day have lately been blogged a lot: Nyte Caligari makes fantastic clothes, but was also one of the first to come out with a script that makes prim skirts sit better when walking/sitting/standing in a generic pose. This version is called SensiDress and is now a feature in all new Nyte n Day clothes, and ultimately will be rolled out to the older releases too.

But I’m not going to go into too much detail about SensiDress: I wanted to show you this instead.

ND DressYes, it’s another great design from Nyte ‘N’ Day. But there’s a little more to it. Nyte Caligari suffers from an autoimmune disease called Lupus. It’s pretty nasty; my understanding is that the body begins to attack its own cells, causing inflammation, possible organ damage, and of course leaves the sufferer in a lot of pain. There’s no cure for Lupus but it can be kept under control in most cases with various treatments.

All sales of this dress and any future purple releases from Nyte ‘N’ Day will see 100% of profits going to Lupus Canada to help their work in improving the lives of anyone with the disease, and raising general awareness.

It’s only $195L and I’m sure you’ll agree it’s pretty sexy. Hop down to Nyte ‘N’ Day now and keep the landmark in your favourites for future reference to help make a difference in the real world.
